Please complete the form below in order to pre-book your studio.
 

Once your request is sent, our counselor will contact you in order to complete and finalize your file. We will then ask you to send us the following:

• copy of the identity card or passport of the tenant and/or the guarantor
• pre-registration certificate or registration to an academic institution or school
• copy of the residence permit or certificate of application for a residence permit for residents of EU country members and the visa application for residents in third countries outside the European Community (for foreigners in Switzerland since more than 3 months only)
• copy of the extract of the Act of the Office of the Prosecution for persons domiciled in Switzerland since more than 3 months only
• last notice of Taxation of the guarantor
• copy of last 3 pay slips of the guarantor

When the studio will be assigned to you, a lump sum of 200 CHF will be asked as file charges.
